Earlier this week, Sheriff Matthew D. Tebbe and Tipton Circuit Court Clerk Christy Crawford swore in various Special Deputies of the Tipton County Sheriff’s Office including our School Resource Officer Jeff Franklin.
Sheriff Tebbe stated the following:
“Special Deputies serve many roles at the Sheriff’s Office. These dedicated officers serve as Transport Officers, Courthouse Security Officers and as School Resource Officers. These fine men and women receive specialized training in each of their respective areas and state mandated training. Congratulations to these officers!"
