We want all parents to know that we have been monitoring the storms this afternoon very closely and we will continue to monitor them until the Watch is over. For a short time, Tipton County was under a Tornado Warning, and we took the proper precautions and sent all students to their Safe Rooms. The warning has now cleared our county and students are back in their classrooms. We will continue to be diligent in our awareness of the storms.

We were notified by the Indiana Department of Education Nutrition Division that the site that handles direct certification of students based on Medicaid has not been properly updating since July. This is a statewide issue that has impacted all Indiana public schools.
If you have a child currently receiving Medicaid who was not previously showing as directly certified for free or reduced meals, and they were in fact entitled to those benefits, their meal accounts will reflect any appropriate credits now. You may check account balances through your Skyward parent portal. Please note, not all Medicaid recipients are eligible for direct certification for meal benefits.

The Lady Trojans will travel to Case Arena at Frankfort High School TODAY to take on the Tri Titans at 10:00 AM in the opening round of the IHSAA Girls Basketball Semi-State.
The doors open at 9:00.

TC Families - Remember this coming Monday, Feb. 20th will be a normal school day. The day was originally scheduled as a Vacation/Weather Make-up Day. It now replaces our cancellation day of January 26th.

- $90/day for all individuals with a valid substitute certificate
- $100/day for all individuals with a valid Professional Educators License
